Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga is an 8 week course designed to give you practical tools to improve mobility safely, develop strength and balance.

Chair Yoga is perfect for seniors and anyone who is limited in their movement due to weight gain, injury or surgery.

Taught by Bernie Loughnane, trained in the Lyengar tradition, this 8 week course is perfect for students wanting to experience the benefits of yoga but are worried regular classes are too challenging for their body or find it difficult to get up and down from the floor. All props and equipment are provided.

Our next course is starting Tuesday 17th October at 11:15am and classes will run for 90mins. The term is $120. Bookings for this course are essential.
