Vitality Yoga Weekly Workshops

Vitality  Yoga Workshops are an opportunity for our teachers to share their yogic wisdom & passion, delving deeply into different styles, components & philosophies of yoga that may not be available on our regular time table. Combining practical and theoretical components to engage and inspire and to offer an opportunity for students to delve more deeply into the world of yoga.

Vitality Yoga Weekly Workshops are held here in our studio most Thursdays.

Yoga is a valuable means of self-healing that provides physical and mental
therapy through the practice of yoga postures, breathing techniques, relaxation and meditation. The physical and emotional benefits of yoga are endless.

Our FREE mental health yoga classes are suitable for students who are looking for practical tools to manage low to high levels of anxiety, stress and/or depression. Come along. Bring a friend. Yoga works & everyone can do it.

Taught by studio owner and Senior teacher Melanie Chapman these classes will run on some Monday’s throughout the year. The class will go for 1 hour and is available for anyone that is able to get up and down from the floor unassisted.
