The main body of the Teacher Training Course begins in March 2017. This consists of 1 full weekend retreat each month from March until September, the last being ‘Living the yogic Way’.

Meditation Certificate 2016 for pre 2017 Teacher training – 4th, 5th and 6th November 2016.
Assistant/Alignment Certificate – 25th, 26th and 27th November 2016
These two certificate courses are a compulsory requirement for completion of the Yoga Teacher Training Course.
If you choose to further expand your training with our meditation and Yoga Assistant, you also have the option of having hours of meditation training and practice free of charge as a prelude to this course.
Yoga Assistant Training Retreat
This is a 3 day course of precision alignment of students in within a class. deepening your understanding of your own body in yoga as you enhance not only your students awareness of theirs, but also the very benefits they and you receive.
Your status and confidence as a teacher will be greatly enhanced.
Vitality Yoga is a derivative of classical Hatha yoga but incorporates other healing techniques from ancient and modern therapies to address contemporary ailments, leaving the modern day practitioners to fully experience the purity of yoga as the ancient yogis did.
Vitality yoga teacher training graduates will be accredited by Yoga Alliance international body who provide

All our courses are held in picturesque, tranquil environments that have been specifically designed with your spiritual development and learning in mind.
Our Victorian retreat is located approximately 20 minutes from Bendigo. Here you will learn in a bright, open yoga space surrounded by picturesque bush and European style vineyard.
You’ll relax and study in front of a large open fire inside our cozy mud brick library.
