Yoga is a valuable means of self-healing that provides physical and mental

Our FREE mental health yoga classes are suitable for students who are looking for practical tools to manage low to high levels of anxiety, stress and/or depression. Come along. Bring a friend. Yoga works & everyone can do it.
Taught by studio owner and Senior teacher Melanie Chapman these classes will run on some Monday’s throughout the year. The class will go for 1 hour and is available for anyone that is able to get up and down from the floor unassisted.
