Yoga Strong

Yoga strong is a class for those who want to get stronger.

Use yoga postures & props to build strength without strain & develop stability in key areas which are typically weak due to our chair lifestyle. Inspired by traditional exercise, yoga and pilates Yoga Strong offers many extensions and modifications to suit a range of levels.

Beginners with some yoga experience (ie have participated in some yoga classes) are welcome to attend. Students with significant injuries are encouraged to contact the studio prior to attending. 

We will be closed from Saturday 21 December to Sunday 20 January 2019.
