Prenatal yoga classes are dedicated to expectant mums and the babies developing within them.

Our prenatal classes relieve aches in areas which are typically sore throughout pregnancy and strengthen typically, weaker areas, such as the core, pelvic floor and muscles that support the pelvis.

Prenatal yoga provides an opportunity to alleviate everyday stress which can affect the unborn child.

Above all, prenatal yoga prepares mothers-to-be for two of the greatest challenges of a woman’s life – childbirth and motherhood.

Through yoga postures, breathing techniques, relaxation, visualisations and sound therapy, pregnant women leave prenatal yoga feeling relieved and relaxed.

Our classes offer a safe and supportive environment for expectant mothers and a wonderful way to connect with other mums-to-be. Our prenatal teachers are mothers, qualified yoga teachers and YTA accredited.

Prenatal Yoga can be practiced from 12 to 40 weeks. Pregnant students are also welcome to join Mums n Bubs yoga and any of the Gentle Yoga classes, as all are appropriate for the pregnant body.

Classes run on Tuesdays at 5.45pm.
