8 Week Men’s Only Yoga Course – Starts Monday 1st May & Tuesday 2nd May
It was men who developed Yoga in ancient India, yet western yoga classes are undoubtedly dominated by women. But men have so much to gain from practicing yoga.

This 8 week course will give you the tools to practice yoga at home &/ or the confidence to move into a General Yoga Class. All men can practice Men’s Yoga regardless of flexibility, age or experience. (You just need to be able to get up & down from the floor).
Melanie Chapman is the owner of Vitality Yoga, a yoga teacher of 13 years, a personal trainer & senior trainer on the Vitality Yoga Teacher Training program. Her approach is one that is grounded in anatomical understanding. She has been responsible for the development of many successful yoga classes including Fit Yoga, Yoga for Athletic Recovery & Men’s Yoga.
When: Commences Monday 1st May & Tuesday 2nd May & runs for 8 sessions
Time: Monday’s session is 6:00am & Tuesday session is 7:15pm ( you pick a time/day and continue for 8 weeks in that class)
Where: Vitality Yoga Bendigo, 404 Hargreaves St, Bendigo
Who for: This course is suitable for all men, regardless of flexibility, age or experience (you just need to be able to get up & down from the floor)
