Bikram is a specific set of yoga postures to heat and detoxify the body. Our studios are installed with state-of-the-art INF (infrared) heating panels. Infrared heating is incredibly therapeutic as it increases blood circulation and oxygen supply to damaged tissues, reducing chronic joint pain, muscle pain and sport injuries. Infrared heating promotes flexibility, mobility and relaxation.
Bikram can be suitable for beginner students as the sequence of postures never changes and students can develop technique and practice very quickly. However, this is a highly energising class and best suited to students who are relatively fit and have minimal injuries. Simon has been teaching Bikram yoga for more than 7 years.
