A 7 week yoga course designed for people recovering from cancer treatment; gentle build core strength, improve mobility & develop stability
Mindfulness techniques to reduce anxiety, manage pain, develop resilience & build inner calm. This is a beginner friendly course that will provide the foundation for a lasting home practice and/or the confidence to move into other gentle yoga classes.
All props & equipment are provided. Students only need to bring a bottle of water & wear comfortable clothing they can stretch in. Classes are run by Melanie Chapman, yoga teacher of 15 years & owner of Vitality Yoga. Melanie developed the highly successful gentle yoga program and has worked with many students going through cancer treatment and recovery. Personal injuries & needs can be accommodated.
