Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a challenging and dynamic style of class for the more experienced yoga student.

Vinyasa means ‘breath-synchronized movement’ – every pose is done in conjunction with an inhalation or an exhalation, transforming static yoga postures into a dynamic flowing sequence.


Not for beginner students or students with serious back, shoulder or neck injury.

Bring water and a sweat towel.
