The Foundation class provides a practical and theoretical understanding of the principles of yoga; how to get the most from your yoga practice and how to ensure its a safe practice.

It is also a great class for your teacher to identify what style of yoga might be a better fit for your body - Gentle or Beginners yoga.  Students need only attend the Foundation class before they move into a Beginners or Gentle Yoga classes. This class is not a typical yoga class & should not be used as a way to 'try' yoga.

Taught by Melanie Chapman the Director of Vitality, the Foundation class runs every Monday at 7.15pm. Bookings for this class are preferred.
