Consistent yoga practice creates change. However, just one yoga class per week will provide a break for the busy mind & improve everyday mobility & comfort in your body.

Profound changes occur when you commit to 2 or more classes per week; improving strength, flexibility & mobility whilst creating a calmer, happy, resilient mind through breathing & mindfulness techniques.

Term 2, 2024 is a 10 week term, commencing on 24th April.

In-person Classes

All ‘In person’ classes are book by term only. In-person Classes are $180 for a 10 week term ($18 per class).

Students must specify which ‘In Person’ class they will be attending at the beginning of term. We offer a 30% discount for a second ‘In Person’ class.


Zoom classes are $135 for a 10 week term ($13.50 per class) or $17 casually. Zoom classes can be attended casually and do not require participants to book by term. 

Fit Yoga

Fit Yoga is a commitment of 2 x 6am classes per week which run on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Fit Yoga is $260 for a 10 week term (irrespective whether you attend in person or via Zoom). 

Note: Casual classes are sometimes available for ‘In-person’ classes, depending on level of experience and if there is space in the class. Discuss this with Melanie for more details.
