All our beautiful teachers are highly trained and between them have experience teaching a variety of styles of yoga to suit every BODY.

Whether it is yoga for beginners to more experienced students each teacher brings their own style and personality to each class to ensure every student feels comfortable and safe in our spacious studio.

Kehry Frank

Kehry is the founder of Vitality Yoga. A qualified yoga teacher for more than 35 years, Kehry is a nurse, kinesiologist and Feng shui consultant. This broad knowledge provides her with a deep understanding of the physical and energetic body and the connection between the two.

Kehry integrates Hatha postures and other healing modalities into her yoga, making her classes a unique, therapeutic experience. Kehry’s vast knowledge helps students to develop the ability to self-heal, in a harmonious and nurturing environment.

Kehry is also the co-founder and senior teacher of the Vitality Yoga Teacher Training course.

Melanie Chapman

Melanie is the owner of Vitality Yoga. As Kehry’s daughter, Melanie has a life-long yoga practice, including extended periods of training in the ashrams, monasteries and retreats of India, California and Thailand. Melanie has taught yoga for 15+ years and teaches specialist classes and courses, catering for every body and all levels of experience. Originally trained in the Sivananda tradition, Melanie has since trained with Vitality Yoga, Maria Kirsten of Yoga for Grown Ups, Donna Farhi and Heather Agnew of Trinity Yoga. She has completed Yin training with Jennifer Crescenzo and her postgraduate course in Ihana yoga, a style that emphasises research-based functional movement. She is also a Personal Trainer.

Melanie specialises in Fit Yoga, Yoga Strong, Prenatal Yoga, Gentle Yoga & Meditation, Beginners General Yoga, Mums & Bubs, Yoga to assist Cancer Recovery, Men’s Yoga & Foundation.

She is a senior trainer of the Vitality Yoga Teacher Training Course.

Kate Robinson

Kate trained with Vitality Yoga in 2015. Kate’s personal daily yoga practice enables her to live from her heart and brings gentleness and love into her daily interactions. Kate’s classes encourage connection to breath and movement, creating a rhythmic flow that supports her students to honour their body and soul. Kate is a passionate Yin yoga teacher. Taught under renowned leading Yin teacher trainer Jennifer Crescenzo, Kate’s practice of Yin yoga is an opportunity to slow down, observe the body, breathe and draw awareness within. Kate helps support practitioners to be gentle with their thoughts, loving with their actions and create a space within themselves to connect, release and let go physically, emotionally and energetically.
Kate specialises in Yin & General Yoga.

Katie Sutton

Katie has over 20 years experience in the fitness industry. She is a leader in exercise physiology and group fitness and trained as a yoga teacher at Vitality Yoga. Katie’s extensive exercise background will give her classes a dynamic edge and will offer students a different take on familiar postures. Katie’s effervescent and caring nature ensures a fun and restorative class.

Helen Reimers

Helen enrolled in yoga teacher training with Vitality to enrich her own knowledge and understanding of yoga. Helen has witnessed first-hand the profound benefits of yoga on her physically challenged daughter, and the positive impact that yoga continues to have on her physically, emotionally and spiritually. Helen is committed to a life long yoga practice and seeks to always create a safe and inclusive space for everyone change, develop or deepen their yoga practice.
