You come to yoga EVERY DAY & commit to a time slot; 6am, 7.30am or 6pm. (Weekend morning classes will run an hour later & weekend 6pm class will run an hour earlier)
You can attend classes in person or via zoom.
Yoga classes are taught by Melanie Chapman, a yoga teacher for 18 years. She’ll tailor postures to your individual needs. Any areas of concern in your body & level of yoga experience will be discussed before the course starts. Each day you’ll explore a range of strength & stretch postures, pranayama practices, meditation & relaxation techniques. You’ll sample a range of styles of yoga.
