Joanne undertook teacher training at Vitality in 2015. As many of us do, Joanne started yoga as a form of exercise. After years of practice the physical benefits were evident, and the more profound changes in the mind occurred subtly over time. Joanne’s practice allows her to experience a heightened sense of mindfulness, breath and body awareness, and a calming sense of ease. Joanne is grateful for the opportunity to teach and encourage others to explore breath, mindfulness and movement practices to make a difference in their lives too.
